Reviews and Ratings
We had a great time during our stay! The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our group, comfortably accommodating six of us. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved the daily kids' activities. However, the water park can get crowded, especially on weekends, which was a bit of a downside. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would love to return.
I had a nice stay at the hotel, enjoying the spacious condo-style unit which was perfect for my family. The breakfast coffee provided in the lobby was an appreciated touch, but the Wi-Fi connection was problematic. The indoor theme park was decent for the kids, but accommodations could be improved, particularly during busy seasons. Overall, it was a good experience, especially in summer when the outdoor parks are open.
After a rocky start with less than friendly staff, my stay improved drastically thanks to a warm welcome from Vicki at check-in. The room was clean and cozy with great air conditioning, but there were some hiccups with hot water. While the location was a bit tricky to navigate, the hotel itself offered decent amenities including a kitchenette. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives made for a somewhat uneven experience.
Our stay started on a bad note due to a significant miscommunication about our wristbands for the park. We ended up needing to rent an extra room just to accommodate our family of five, which felt like a money grab. On the positive side, the indoor water park was fantastic for the kids, and the overall cleanliness of the resort was commendable. I just wish the customer service was more accommodating and communicated better.
